'To the Well Organized-mind, death is but the next great ADVENTURE' - This sums up "SUSHIL bhai"
Adventure & Travel were synonymous with Sushil.
A connoissuer of good food, fetish for watches, immaculately dressed for the ocassion, stickler to due process, a great colleague who never had detractors who had the art of building consensus. A loving father, doting husband and someone who can never be wished away.
His appetite for knowledge knew no bounds and was ever ready to breach the boundries to acquire it. Voracious reader, loved world cinema, listening to management podcasts who made the best use of available time.
"Advocate by Education - Sales-pro by Profession"
Highly organized - be his desk or his desktop.
Never lost his nerve even in the most challening situations.
Always ready to help anyone who sought for it.
Calm & balanced - was reflective of his deep rooted faith in the ideals of Gauthama Buddha.
Too early for me to write a EULOGY for you, but the call of the Supreme / Universe is 'in-disputable' & 'ir-revocable'.
It's a chance for us to ask you to guide us from above before we all meet up for the next set of adventures in the Eternal World.
Always Loved & Will Always be Loved

V N Rajesh - Rajasthan
He was a man of profound wisdom and a person of principle. A positive mind cheering the team with enthusiasm. Very patient and forebearing. Sushil Ji and I met at a critical time in my career when I was experiencing a "Career Crisis". He helped me get through it with the greatest of support. He always adorned my talent, skills and kept me encouraging to scale to new heights. Always motivating me to explore innovations on impossible grounds. Having known SKT over two decades and collaborating with him since 10 years was of great pleasure and he indeed became a trusted confidant. Thanking You for your comradeship and being genuine colleague! I'll ever miss U ๐

Though my interaction with Sushil Bhai was limited, amount of knowledge transfer I used to get from him was immense in every discussion. Cant forget the time we spent during meets at RFC and my visits to Delhi office. Its difficult to believe that he is no more with us. May his soul rest in peace and Lord Shiva may give strength to his family. Om Shanthi!

I write this with great sadness over the unimaginable loss of a close friend to covid. He was only 48. He fought a brave and strong battle for two weeks but as fate would have it, he did not survive. He took each day in stride, never really complaining, always feeling positive and always hoping that the treatments would finally end so he could get on with his life. This was my hope and prayers too. This wonderful man, inside and out, was a wonderful friend to me, supporting me for over 15 years with his gentle and caring nature. One of his beliefs in life was the importance of being authentic with people, saying what needs to be said because itโs good for the relationship. My friend was loving and real. He was a wonderful father to his two children and laid a strong foundation for them. Now my hope is that he rest in peace knowing he did all that he could and that his children will be fine. When we love people itโs so comforting to know that they will always be with us in our hearts. I will always miss you, your smile, your voice and your calls, my friend! Your last words when I called you, were "am under treatment, BEING POSITIVE, Pray for me", still echoes in my mind. Rest in peace. PADDY

So much is said about Sushil , i can barely add words. Lost a dear colleague who rose up to deal with all kinds of challenges. His task was revenue generation , but handled other issues and problems with ease. Never was rattled no matter how difficult the problem or task. He easily navigated into other areas with ease. Published papers in INMA blog and was involved with them. His digital knowledge was simply outstanding. I can go on and on. Sushil was family man and had an occasion to interact with Neelam and kids. A happy well knit family. May his soul Rest In Peace and he will be remembered for ever. Venkat

I cannot find the right words to express how sad I really am upon learning that you are gone, even while writing this post, I am still unable to put my thoughts together. Your unexpected passing has really saddened me and still living in denial mode and not able to accept the factโฆyou were one of the people that I highly respected; hence, I want to express what he meant to me to the best that I can, through this little corner of mine. My first encounter with Sushil Sir was in the year 2015 during my interview and I was instantly attracted and amazed to witness his charismatic persona. I was extremely nervous at the start of the interview but, his calm demeanor immediately put me at ease. Those years that I worked with him, he was not just a boss to me, but also a great mentor and a friend. He inspired me, mentored me and helped me grow as a person and helped me make the right career decisions. He has seen me through the important stages of my life right from my bachelorhood to being father, losing my mother to cancerโฆand he was always there supporting me in bad times and cheering me in good times. Never felt I had to deal with my life problems alone. Sir, you were the perfect walking Resume for me. Sometimes I would wonder how could a person be so calm and composed and yet knew to assert the vision and mission of the company. He was epitome of Problem solving skills. He was willing to listen and never short of wise advice and opinions. He never, ever cuts short a conversation with a โlisten!โ, even when he disagrees. One session with him can easily take up to an hour. He was reservoir of knowledge and never shied away from discussing topics apart from professional life. I also witnessed how much importance he gave to his family, his love for them is undeniable. May God give them immense strength to deal with the uncalled crisis. Sir,You may be gone before us too soon, but your memories will remain in our heartsโฆWill miss you Sir, Rest in Peace...OM SHANTI

I am yet to come to terms with untimely demise of Sushil Sir. He was a great leader, philosopher and friend. He was blessed with sharp and analytical mind. He was a avid reader and had a great fetish for adventure and travel. Still have so many fresh memories of working with him in Eenadu Delhi branch. You have gone too soon Sushil Sir. You will be missed. May God give enough strength to your family and loved ones to bear this tragic loss. Rest in peace Sushil Sir.

Sushil & me worked together as colleagues in Eenadu, between 2006 and 2013, we met often at Hyderabad for review meetings and for fun times At Goafest.ย Sushil was so full of life. He was always in a very calm and positive frame of mind In 2013 I moved on to join Dainik Jagran, he continued to be in touch always, never missed a birthday or important occasion.ย I am still in a state of shock.ย Yes, Life is uncertain, but he has gone to soon.ย My heartfelt condolences to his family as well as the Eenadu Team.ย Rest in peace Sushil, will miss you ๐๐

He was a rare combination of polite voice & straight words while communicating. And I believe this is the most important characteristic for growth in career and also to win hearts of the people around you... As a mentor, he provided me great opportunity for my career.. He believed in me and gave ample opportunities to grow. Learning was the never ending process for him... Discipline reflects in his personality. I am sure he must be best in parenting too.. I remember his words, once he said that "Kids should be self groomed so that they bloom with their inner telent." Rest in peace Sushil Sir ๐

It was a great opportunity to work closely with a senior like Sushil sir who always had encouraged & guided me. He was a very optimistic, soft spoken manager whom we all dreamt to work with. May his soul rest in peace in his heavenly abode.
Pankaj Belwariar
Sushil had stepped into the corporate world / Media industry under my guidance. We recruited him in Amar Ujala. He was racing to become the blue eyed boy since then. His hard work, dedication and passion did not stop him to take a lead role in our new branch in Punjab. Since then we have been in touch and I have witnessed his growth . He was rising high in career but always rooted to his culture , family and friends. Extremely humble and loving character. I could not believe that we will lose him so soon. May be God has picked the best talent , most suitable character to join his team.

No words to express the grief of losing a wonderful human being, professional and mentor. He was just like an elder brother since we worked together for almost two decades. As a person Sushil ji was soft spoken and humble in nature and was always helpful to everyone. This is a big personal loss for me and the loss is much bigger for the family he leaves behind. But life has to go on and no one knows the curious ways of God. We have to realize that this all is beyond Humans. My humble and heartfelt tributes to his memory. Sushil my best friend, boss & companion. I had the close bonding with him as we use to work in close tendon. In my tough times he was trying hard to help me. Iโve learned so many things from him in past. He will remain in our hearts forever. We truly believe the God will give kids enough courage and strength to fulfill all his dreams. The kids take the legacy of all your virtues forward to be successful & exclusive. The entire media fertility is in a great shock. I pledge to stand with Neelam always for any kind of support in future.

Had the privilege of meeting him in January 2021. A name synonymous when it came to Delhi branch. Rest in peace Sir.

Some truth in life are hard to accept. Your memories will never be forgotten Sushil Sir! No words are enough to describe how good you were as a person. I owe you everything what I am today. You always guided me as a mentor and as a big brother. Your smile was so beautiful that brought everywhere happiness. The moment that you left me, my heart was split in two, one side was filled with memories and other side died with you. Remembering you is easy, I do it everyday, but missing you is heartache that never goes away. I hold you tightly within my heart and there you will remain always! May your Soul Rest in Peace๐๐Om Shanti๐๐
