Ravi Varma...a good friend, a supportive colleague and a lovable soul.
A person with amazing contacts in the Malabar region, he was adept in leveraging his network and bringing out business results with aplomb. Been an asset for the team.
A talented cricketer who used to play for the division as a good batsman.
As a dear friend, it is an untimely end to your beautiful life. I remember those wonderful days of hard work and many a win & celebration we had at Kochi and Calicut.
My heart goes to your bereaved family.
Rest in peace mate. You will always be missed.

His role was pivotal in making The Hindu an disputed leader in Malabar. I reminisce my lovely days with him at The Hindu Kozhikode branch. His untimely demise saddens me very much.
